Membership Forms 
If you would like to become a member of Kehilla, or if you are renewing your membership, you will need to download and complete the following four forms and mail them to: Kehilla, 1300 Grand Avenue, Piedmont, CA 94610.

A Note About Avodah (Service) Hours:
In order to keep track of your Avodah (Volunteer) Service Hours during the year (we ask that you contribute 10 hours), we have provided you an Avodah Service Hours Form. Please print it out and keep it in your files to track your volunteer hours during the year. At the end of the year, or when you have completed your 10 service hours, please return it to the Kehilla office.
