Membership Forms & Payments  

FOR PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS: If you are a prospective new member considering joining Kehilla, please see How to Join.

FOR CURRENT MEMBERS:  If you are a current member who wishes to renew, each Kehilla member household now makes two kinds of payments:

(1) Membership Dues: Calculated on a "fair share" basis, determined by household income (on an honor system). 
     Download the Membership Dues Form to help you calculate your dues. You may also fill out this form and mail it in, with your check, to Kehilla, 1300 Grand Ave., Piedmont, CA 94610.
     Pay Your Membership Dues Online. Be sure to follow the instructions on the screen!

(2) Building Contribution: Calculated on a flat, per-household basis, akin to the half-sheckel requirement of biblical times, of $432 per year ($36 per month for 12 months; after July 1st $43.20 per month for 10 months).
    * If you enjoyed "First Year Dues Free" in 2009-2010, and this is now (2010-2011) your first year paying membership dues, your Building Contribution requirement for this year is $216 ($18 per month for 12 months; after July 1 $21.60 per month for 10 months).
    * If you are a returning member enduring financial hardship, please contact Kehilla's Executive Director Sandy Bredt at Sandy@KehillaSynagogue.org or call her at (510) 547-2424 to make alternate payment arrangements.
      Pay Your Building Contribution Online. Be sure to follow the instructions on the screen!  Or you may send your Building Contribution payment(s) to Kehilla, payable to Kehilla, 1300 Grand Ave., Piedmont, CA 94610.
