School Registration Forms 
To register for Kehilla School, you must be a current member of Kehilla Community Synagogue. You can download Membership Forms here.
In order for your School application to be complete, you must submit all of the forms below, along with your tuition deposit of $275, payable to Kehilla. Please mail them to: Kehilla, 1300 Grand Avenue, Piedmont, CA 94610.
