Membership Information Form (For New School Families)

To register for Kehilla School, you must be a current member of Kehilla Community Synagogue.  If you are new to Kehilla, the cost of membership for your first year at Kehilla will be $180, which includes your High Holydays tickets. 

In order for your School application to be complete, you must submit all of the forms above, along with your tuition deposit of $275, payable to Kehilla. The total cost of tuition per year is sliding scale $675-1,000, and $100 less for each additional student in a family. Please mail the registration forms and your deposit to: Kehilla, 1300 Grand Avenue, Piedmont, CA 94610.
